Hello, my name is Mel Witharana, CEO and founder of Janadhi & Company. In 1999, I came from Sri Lanka to the United States to study business, computer forensics, and communication. While in college, I worked for companies like ICON, and 3M. This inspired me to start and grow a business of my own. Upon creating my company, I realized that there are small businesses that have needs that may not have the resources, or financial capability to cover all aspects to start a business that may have technological gaps. I had one goal in mind when I first started the company, and that is to help small businesses gain a competitive edge over other business, no matter the size. I learned that by helping my clients with all their technological needs, I was gaining more knowledge in this field and in turn making positive strides in my own business.

I started Janadhi and Company in 2005 and with my years of experience with my customers, I am proud to say, my goals and values have never changed. I feel I have grown stronger by hearing and seeing others smile when they succeed. Knowing I have contributed to growing a client's business and accomplishing their dreams of success. THIS is why I do what I do.

I pride myself on all the great relationships I have with all my customers. I consider all my projects my own. My greatest strengths are my work ethics, and knowing I am fully responsible for what I create and produce.

Growing up in a poor community has made me humble. I hold a special place in my heart for all of my clients and friends, and feel it is my responsibility to give back to my community. I dedicate 10-15% of my work to nonprofit and charitable organizations. I want to make our community better place.
